In fact, when you have come to many famous tourist destinations, immense beautiful landscapes like Da Lat or Nha Trang, Phu Quoc or Da Nang, they often go to many places.
You will want to find something new, a land that sounds more pristine.
So Quy Nhon will certainly be a great option over.
If you love something new, wild and rustic, you should not miss Quy Nhon travel . Recently emerging recently but no one was disappointed when going to Quy Nhon .
Not so bustling as Da Nang, Nha Trang, Quy Nhon bring a unique beauty of the sea, sun and wind.
There are many interesting places here, Quy Nhon hotel is also very diverse, surely the trip will be a lot of new things.
Here is a review for those who are looking to experience this beautiful coastal city.
1. Transportation – Quy Nhon travel
Just like other provinces, the move to Quy Nhon is very convenient, you can choose to go by plane, train, bus … even a motorbike.
+ About the plane:
Flight from Hanoi to Quy Nhon is only 90 minutes, from Saigon to Quy Nhon about 60 minutes only.
In my opinion, it is not very convenient, because Phu Cat airport in Quy Nhon city takes 30km. Compared to other provinces in Vietnam, this is one of the cities with the distance from the airport to the city center. But if you want to save the cost of driving to Quy Nhon city, you can choose to take the bus of the company, the price is only 50k only. Otherwise, you can take a taxi from 200-300k for a 4-seater vehicle.
One option that I strongly encourage you to choose (especially if you go 1.2 people) is to take a shared taxi ride. This option will save you quite a bit.
Another little advice is that you should book flight tickets 2-3 months in advance to get a reasonable price.
+ About train:
It is also easy, just go to the website of Vietnam Railway Corporation to order an electronic train ticket which will take you to Dieu Tri station, about 15km from Quy Nhon city. The train that stops at Dieu Tri station has the most expensive fare of about VND 850,000 (from Ho Chi Minh City) and VND 1.3 million (from Hanoi). Bring your student ID card for a discount, and bring your identity card when buying tickets.
There is an option that takes a bit of waiting time but is very economical for you when traveling from Dieu Tri to Quy Nhon is taking the bus, routes T3, T4, T7, T8, T12, where T3 is the cheapest, the price 8k / whole way. Just taking the bus and sightseeing was great.
+ Regarding passenger cars:
You should go to vexere.com to select a brand and book it. Phuong Trang is a car company I recommend for you. In addition, Mai Linh and Hoang Long are also quite good brands.
From Eastern Bus Station, Ho Chi Minh City to Quy Nhon Bus Station with an average ticket price from 240,000 to 345,000 VND / ticket, Hanoi – Quy Nhon costs about 600,000 VND.
How to move in Quy Nhon:
Traveling in Quy Nhon, you can choose forms like renting a motorbike, renting a car, taking a taxi or taking a bus.
+ Rent a motorbike:
Renting a motorbike in Quy Nhon is also very easy because there are quite a few rental units here. Or you can contact the hotel directly, usually renting motorbikes. Prices range from 100-150k / unit / day.
+ Car rental
+ Take a taxi
+ Take the bus:
Buses in Quy Nhon are also extremely developed, traveling from one area to another is very easy and economical by this vehicle. You can even go from Quy Nhon to Phu Yen by bus. Fares apply to popular routes: T3 (8k), T4 (15k), T7 (17k), T12 (44k) …

2. Motels – tourism Quy Nhon
+ The area with many hotels and motels is the cheapest resort Ghenh Rang, most of them are motels, prices range from 80k-150k. That time I only chose to stay overnight, bargain forever to stay for 80k. Of course there is no air conditioning, only fans. You just go from the city center to the Ghenh Rang tourist area, to the section with a left turn to get to KDL, then you look to the right, across the street, there are many cheap motels.
+ Thao Linh Hotel: 256 Nguyen Thi Dinh, Quy Nhon City, a pretty nice hotel, but not very close to the sea, the price from 300k / room / night has air conditioning, refrigerator.
+ Thien Hai Hotel : 5A Nguyen Thiep, Tran Phu Ward, Quy Nhon City, beautiful hotel, very close to the sea. Price about 250k – 300k / night.
+ Khang Khang Hotel: Ngo Gia Tu, Quy Nhon City, price is about 300k / room / night, the room is quite comfortable.
+ Vu Phong Guest House: at the end of Tran Anh Tong street, the price is about 300k / night for 4 people.
Alternatively you can choose the slightly more upscale hotel but the price is still reasonable:
+ Royal Hotel & Healthcare Resort Quy Nhon – 01 Han Mac Tu, Quy Nhon, price from 840k / room / night.
+ Hai Au Hotel – 489 An Duong Vuong, Quy Nhon, prices only from 890k / room / night.
+ Hoang Yen Hotel 1 – 05 An Duong Vuong, Quy Nhon, prices only from 890k / room / night.
3. Tourism locations – Quy Nhon tourism
+ Quy Nhon Beach:

An extremely big highlight of Quy Nhon tourism lies on this beach, a beach that has left me impressed from the first time I arrived in Quy Nhon. A long, winding beach in an arc shape, the water is quite clear and clean. Half of the beach is a road along the sea, the other half is the park’s campus, this has created a “very green” space for the beach in the center of this city.
+ Quy Nhon Marine Park:
I am very impressed with this park, especially it would be great if you have children to bring them here, they will love it. A very large space, not too crowded.
+ Ghenh Rang tourism area (Hoang Hau beach, Han Mac Tu grave, Quy Hoa beach):
I am more impressed with Hoang Hau beach, and the other places are not very impressive. Hoang Hau Beach is famous for its very special “egg” beach. Including campus and space, the view is very beautiful. Han Mac Tu tomb is probably more suitable for you to love poetry, Quy Hoa beach is deep inside the road to the tourist area so it is still very wild and peaceful. On the way to Quy Hoa beach, there is a section with the view to the whole beautiful beach.
+ Little Cake Tower:
This is a place outside Quy Nhon city center, about 15km away. This is one of the oldest Cham tower complexes in Vietnam. The tower is quite near Highway 1A, located at a position about 100m from sea level. To get here, you can take a motorbike or bus route number 4 or 12.
+ Hon Kho:
This is a small deserted island, few people live so it is still very unspoiled. To reach Hon Kho, from Quy Nhon, you follow the direction to Phuong Mai peninsula, go through Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, along Mai Huong Bay to the fishing village of Nhon Hai commune. Then rent a boat of 200k-300k / boat to go to the island.
+ Phuong Mai sand hill:
Compared to sand dunes of other provinces such as Quang Binh, Phu Yen, Binh Thuan, Phuong Mai sand hill is not as high and “monumental” as it is but a very rewarding experience to try, a very small feeling between the grandeur of nature.
+ Eo Gio:
One of the two places that you must definitely go to Quy Nhon. I really like the feeling of sitting on the rocks along the sea, relaxing my whole body, stopping thinking and enjoying the “taste” of the sea breeze. And … Eo Gio is the place to give me that full feeling. Definitely come here when you come to Quy Nhon.
+ Ky Co:
We have to go to Ky Co, if we don’t go, then we are sorry, the water here is so blue that looks like an island in Thailand, very beautiful because of the wild features. From Eo Gio, you canoe to 25 to 30 minutes you will come to Ky Co beach and overwhelmed by its extremely pristine definition. The price for renting a boat is VND 200,000 / person.
+ Trung Luong picnic area:
A picnic area 30km from Quy Nhon attracts many tourists, especially on weekends. The attraction of this picnic area is an extremely close to nature and unleash camping near the sea without worry. This picnic area is located in Cat Tien commune, Phu Cat district, the direction from Quy Nhon to FLC. Entrance ticket: VND 30k / person.
+ Double Tower:
An ancient architecture of Champa, located right in the center on Tran Hung Dao street, easy to go extremely.
Ticket price: 8k / ng – 3k parking.
Day 1: Can go to Quy Nhon Beach, Twin Towers, Quy Nhon Beach Park, Ghenh Rang.
Day 2: Ky Co – Eo Gio.
Day 3: There are 2 options: Hon Hon and Bai Cat Phuong Mai or Trung Luong Picnic Area and Double Tower.
Make sure you do not overwork because going too much is a light schedule but still fully enjoy Quy Nhon. When moving you can also visit some places to check in such as Tran Hung Dao Monument, Flag Flag, River Houses – Museum Quang Trung – Ham Ho-Surf Bar, Thien Huong Pagoda …
Also in the evening you can go for a walk
And visit the cafes here to enjoy the taste of the night sea
Cool sea breeze mixed with the salty taste of salt, incredibly peaceful.
4. Delicacies and specialties in Quy Nhon:
Before talking about delicious food, specialties in Quy Nhon
As I said above, this place is like a culinary paradise.
Delicious, nutritious, cheap is what I want to talk about this land of this country. Here are the dishes that I summarized together with the specific address:
+ Fish ball vermicelli:
This is one of the most famous dishes in Quy Nhon
A must try when you come to Quy Nhon. You can stop by Phuong Teo fish noodle shop
(211 Nguyen Hue or 415 Nguyen Hue), selling Ngoc Lien fish (379 Nguyen Hue) to enjoy
+ Bread ask – congee porridge:
A dish that will be very strange for you North and South.
I know the bread is also a question thanks to Quy Nhon
Then also enjoy one more time in Nha Trang.
A strange dish with the addition of shallots on fresh noodles.
Bread ask, you can find anywhere because it is very popular
That time I bought 10k at the gate of Quy Nhon University and ate forever. In addition, you can eat at Man’s restaurant (76A Tran Phu), Ms. Nam’s restaurant (41 Nguyen Chanh).
+ Che Me:
A student tea shop is worth a try, located near Quy Nhon University, specific address at 157 Ngo May.
+ Cakes:
A rather strange dish in the Central. You can stop by Ba Gia at 7 Ngo Quyen (morning sale).
NOTE: In Quy Nhon, there are 2 very famous roads, dubbed the “culinary road” as Ngo Van So, Huyen Tran Cong Chua.
If you do not have much time or want to enjoy
So many dishes at once, please drop by these 2 streets.
